Ticket Information & Collection

Tickets from previous years

All tickets from 2020 and 2021 have been automatically rolled over to 2022 unless you requested a refund last year. Our refund policy is now back to the standard one – https://www.whitbyfolk.co.uk/refund-policy/

Ticket collection information

Non-camping – Folk Week ticket collection on Saturday 20th August will be from 11am to 5pm in the main hall of the Whitby Spa Pavillion, West Cliff, YO21 3EN. From Sunday onwards ticket collection is from 9.30am to 5pm on the mezzanine level by the top entrance to the Pavillion.

Camping – Your tickets will be available to collect on arrival at the campsite. Please DO NOT come to the office for ticket collection. The campsite opens at 2pm on Friday 19th August and it really helps our volunteer stewards if you don’t arrive early.

The campsite is at a new location this year – Broadings Farm, Guisborough Road, YO21 1TL.

When you can next expect to hear from us

The programme will be available from approximately mid July 2022 and is free to season ticket holders. More details on how to get your copy in advance of the festival will be available in a later newsletter.

We will send out more information approximately six weeks before Folk Week begins, and up to date info is also available on our website www.whitbyfolk.co.uk and www.facebook.com/whitbyfolkweek.

If you have any further questions just email us – tickets@whitbyfolk.co.uk
